The Spnaish side opened the scoring in the 7th minute with midfielder Ever Benega finding the back of the net after from outside of the box after some sloppy play from the heart of the Inter defence.
Jonathan Viera scored the second goal with a deflection coming off Marco Andreolli so that the keeper Handanovic had no chance.
Valencia finished the game on a high with the second half producing two more goals from Jonas and also Jonathan Viera.
