Olivier Giroud made it three goals in his last three appearances for the Gunners with the Frenchman opening the scoring after he controlled what seemed to be a shot before poking the ball in.
German international Lukas Podolski doubled the advantage just before the end of the first half with the former Bayern man finishing after a teammates shot was saved by the keeper.
Podolski would net his brace to put the match out of doubt before new Fulham striker Darren Bent claimed back a consolation goal for the home team.
