No team was able to get themselves the lead until the second half with Fred scoring after the ball rebounded of the cross-bar. England immediately replied with a goal several minutes after going down with Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain finding the bottom corner of the goal from outside of the box.
Wayne Rooney gave England the lead when he hit a fantastic curler from just outside the 18 yard box and he found the top right corner with the keeper standing no chance. Brazil equalised however just minutes later with Inter Milan target Paulinho finding the back of the net.
