Pedro gave the Catalans the lead in just the 8th minute of the match but it was quickly stamped out by Joaquin who equalized just four minutes later. It was the same in the second half where Gerard Pique gave the visitors the lead but minutes later Roque Santa Cruz equalised again.
It wasn't to be for Malaga tonight when Iniesta and Messi scored to put the tie in no doubt.
